Things You Need:
- Stretchy fabric
- Fabric to make a bow (printed, textured etc.)
- Needle
- Thread
- Hot Glue Gun
- Scissor
Steps to Follow
- Measure the head of your baby and accordingly take the fabric using a ruler to measure and a scissor
- The width of the fabric should be around 2 inches for a decent broad headband. You can go with broader headband depending upon what kinds you want for your little baby.
- Fold the fabric into half in a vertical manner and with the help of thread and needle close both the vertical ends and then turn it inside out so that the stitching is not visible and clear surface is facing out.
- Now form a circle and close the open ends by joining them together with the help of needle and thread
- You can take a small piece of contrasting or matching coloured cloth to paste it around the visible stitches using hot glue gun.
- Use any textured cloth like velvet or printed cloth with flowers or polka dots to make a ribbon bow. The size of the bow will again depend upon the width of the fabric. If you want an elegant bow then go with 1 or 2 inches wide fabric and in case you wish a broad band then go with 3 or 4 inches wide fabric
- To do so, make two bunny ears by folding the cloth the same way you do to tie shoe laces.
- Cut the extra cloth and use some of it around the center to keep the bow in place. You can again use hot glue gun to secure the ends. You can also use thread and needle along with beads to add a little embellishment in the center.
- Again use the hot gun glue to paste this bow on the headband and the super fashionable baby headband for babies is ready!!!!
